Just curious if anyone is looking to add a grill badge to their MINI. It was something of a statement piece on older MINI models, but I am not sure the trend has continued for the F56.

Thoughts?

 

Care to provide an image as an example? Sounds like something I might me interested in.

 

They are still around. My rear license plate holder has two of them.

 

 

No interest in those. I think they'll continue to be popular with older gen Minis. I've yet to see any on an F56 grill.

 

My Camden Edition came with the "Mini 50" badge. I quickly removed it. But I don't care for badges or emblems. I also removed the "Cooper S" letters. I went to remove the front and rear Mini emblems but realized if I did, the hood would have 2 holes in the hood.

 

There is no official grille badge/ holder out yet for the F56


The older badge holder might work. No one has tested yet/. Its a pretty simple mount.

I have one on my F56. It's made by GoBadge (Velcro strap and magnetic mount) and I got it from MINImania. I have two inserts: Keep Calm and Motor On ... and SIZE does Matter

I have one on my F55 - it's GoBadge holder with a skull and crossbones, which I had on my CM.

I'll take a picture of it and post later!

 

Had one on my R56 but on the F56 to me they don't seem to fit as well seems to me they are two big for the grill.

 

So you tried the R56 one on the F56 ?

 

Haven't tried to mount it just put it up to the grill and it looks too big to me unless you put in the middle of the grill

 

So it might fit , just the face base is too big for the sides of the grille ?
