Hey everyone. I'm new to the forum! I bought a 2015 S for my wife last year with a 6MT. Tonight we were leaving the gas station and the shifter became loose instantly. It doesn't have any issue going into gear and the clutch pedal feels normal, but the shifter is just really loose. Even while in gear there's alot of play instead of it being fairly solid and stiff.

I'm not the brilliant mechanic like you guys so any help would be appreciated!

The 2014s had an issue where the shift **** and boot would detach from the base. Had this happen when I was test driving before I bought my F56, Take it to you MA and they will glue it down.

 

Thanks Bryce. Took it to the dealer. I'll update the thread when done so future people have an answer.
