F55/F56 Berger stage 1 Beta...Oh He'll Yeah

I'm willing to bet it was more like 30hp gain. Other dynos have shown the MCS to actually put down about 205ish hp at the crank stock. BMW just underrates it on paper at 189.

It would be nice to see a totally stock vs stock+BMS. Dynos aren't good for measuring hard numbers, just relative differences. Some dynos purposefully read high just because it makes people happy to see big numbers.
Not saying that's the case here, but 236 doesn't mean much if you don't know where you started. It seems to be an impressive increase regardless though.

After about 10 minutes of moderate driving, I shut the car off to run a quick errand. After about 60 seconds I returned to the car, started it up, and proceeded to pull out of a driveway. Since I wanted to immediately cut across a couple of lanes of traffic, I flicked it into sport mode and gave her the gusto in second gear. Immediately, all power went out of the car (HOLY ****!!) and I had to quickly reassess and found myself pulling off to a driveway on the right side.
After shutting the car completely off and restarting the engine, everything was back to normal (though I am driving with a yellow check engine light now, which hasn't yet cleared).
Like james, mine is a 2015 MCS (B46 engine) with the B48 Stage 1 Beta Burger tune. I had put about 250 miles on the car without the tune with a similar driving profile without any Drivetrain Malfunction warnings.
I need to reassess how I want to proceed. I lean towards getting a USB cable and dialing back the extent of the tune to see if I can't find a level at which I can reliably WOT accelerate from stop. However if there's anything I can provide to Burger Tuning which may help them tweak the overall F56 '15 experience for other owners, I'm certainly willing.
What I not (yet) entertaining is taking the tune off completely. I don't want to give up everything I've gained -- way too much benefit behind the wheel!

Just read the code and send the details in along with the build date. You may be able to use a basic OBDII reader. Then based on that we can send you a BMS USB cable and updated firmware to test. You load the firmware at home with a laptop to the car. Easy.

Terry, would absolutely love to help you out! I don't (yet) have an OBDII reader -- can I go to Autozone (or similar) and get this read? If not, then I'm willing to purchase a reader online (though it may take a few days as I assume I'd have to order through the internet).
Thank you for the assistance.

There are several bulletins on the ,2015 one of which is to recalibrate the software for the torque correction which fixed my issues so far. The extra power from the tune was causing it to go into limp on launch's. I did have my engine light cone on during my trip to Florida but it went back off so hoping it was just a bad tank of gas as it is acting fine now. 2 people at the mini store here have 2015 with the tune and no issues at all.

What you'd really want is a extended reader like a BT cable, but I don't know if the B48 models are supported by BT yet. Short term just drive by autozone and have them read the codes for free with a basic OBDII reader. Or buy a cheap one at Harbor Freight for $90.

The OBDII code was a U0100 (communication error).
Thanks james. Hope you have a great holiday break!

The shop re adjusted the torque correcting software and had no issues for about three weeks but then yesterday was just leisurely leaving a stoplight and bang limp mode. There have been multiple logs for Mass Air Flow sensor but they all show " unknown Reason". Probably going to be pulling off the tune and sending it back to Burger this w much as I hate to as it just scares me to much
