They arrived today, and my only trouble was finding a Torx bit of the right size. It's larger than a T20, maybe T30. (Edit: it's a T30)

Dead pedal just snaps out and in, brake pedal pulls off and on (a but fiddly to get the new one on such that the metal is in the groove), and the gas is one Torx screw and an electrical cable that clips on. Helps to have small hands for the connector.

Took about 10 minutes not counting scrounging for the Torx bit.

Thanks for the info. I asked my MA about getting a set of these. He said he thought they were discontinued but might be able to get a set for around $300! They're cool, but not gold plated! Are these JCW or aftermarket? Not to be rude, but were they expensive?
Thx

Sewell has them for $205 for manual: http://mini.sewellparts.com/accessor...2014/7040.html

And $182 for an auto: http://mini.sewellparts.com/accessor...2014/7041.html

They ain't cheap.

Sewell has $182 on the site but I think there must have been a NAM discount as I paid $165.

ECS Tuning has them for a bit cheaper, I think about $160 + shipping

I bought from Sewell thinking they were closer and this was an impulse buy and I forgot I'd have to pay sales tax. So it ran $192.

Those are auto pedal prices, manual more expensive.

Maybe you can sell the old but "new" gas peddle in the market....That's what I'm doing. I might get $50 for it! Brings the price down.
