Cool Getting rid of dealer service code

Is there anyway to get rid of the service with out going to a dealship? I mean I had all the service done but I dot to have to drive another seventy five mile to clear it at the closest dealership. Oh and it goes away after a few seconds.

Follow the simple steps below, and you should have your oil service light reset process complete in under three minutes.
  1. First, turn the key just before starting the engine. You should see your oil service maintenance light is on.
  2. Next, press and hold the reset button until you see the menu come up.
  3. Once the menu is up, go ahead and press and hold the reset button again.
  4. Hold it. Let go of the button, and press it again.
  5. It’s now going to reset the oil indicator.
Do you have any other items to manually reset? If you need to reset service light, follow these steps:
  1. Press and hold the button.
  2. When it asks if you want to reset the service, choose yes.
  3. Wait a few moments as the reset is in progress.
  4. You will see reset success once completed.
  5. You’re all set!

Does this help?
