MCS F55 when cold, tapping noise heard when accelerating a bit and releasing gas...

Hi,

Oil was changed at MINI few days ago. They probably do usual inspection of few points. Service writer said that all is well, brakes are good, tires too and so on. The next morning around 11 o'clock(was about + 4 degrees C), I backed out of my parking spot and drove. I applied gas pedal a bit and released it, so car picked up speed no more than 10 MPH. After releasing gas pedal, I heard 2 taps like "tap tap". I kept testing/doing the above again and again till it stops doing. Usually after it goes away in a few minutes as possibly the car warms up or a particular part. Never heard of this before on my car.

1) It feels like the sound is coming from underneath the gearbox/shifter or maybe front.
2) Similar sound is heard when I reverse, apply brake, then put the car in drive, go forth a bit and then brake. I hear a singe tap. It could be that front brakes are a bit loose in their groves and shift when car changes directions.

Any ideas is I might be right for #2?

Attaching short mp3 clip I have captured. You will hear a loud tap and it is me taking foot of the gas pedal, then quickly after that not loud tap-tap follows.(around 4 sec mark)

2016 MCS - 4 door, Auto.

Adding some more info as I have possibly found what the issue could be. That tap tap noise is now more of a creaking sound. I have searched TSBs and found couple:

1) Creaking noise when cornering(left turn) at 1st, 2nd gear - SI M22 01 17 - Rubber of transmission mount rubs on aluminum housing
2) Creaking noise from the lower engine area - SIM 22 03 17 - The bushing in the lower engine stabilizer link is working its way out of its aluminum housing, thereby rubbing against the engine oil pan

My car does have the first issue for sure. Tested many times and even captures pretty good audio clip. My initial thread talks about straight line take off, and this is where #2 issues comes up. Although the TSB doesn't really specify if F55 Cooper S is included in this or just a Cooper version.

Attaching sound clip for #1 issue.
