A couple of years ago I was able to order a similar small part for my 2014 JCW Coupe from some vendor that frequents NAM, they chimed in on my thread.

 

Did you try ECS? You can also get it through the parts department at a dealership.

I’m coming up with part number 51778494450 which seems to match your label. I think I see “8494450” on there.

I replaced both of these on my 2017 Clubman. I pulled the bumper off to install a trailer hitch which requires these to come off. I tried as carefully as possible and still broke both of them.
