Activation of rear fog lights

I have a 2016 Clubman S and it appears to have the wiring and bulbs in place for the rear fog lights. I do jot have the button however. Has anyone changed the switch on the left of the steering wheel and successfully activated the rear fog lights?

Thank you for the link. I'm not familiar with coding So I would need to find some help with that. Do you know if I buy the new light switch assembly that has the rear fog light switch if it will work once coded? It looks like everything is wired in the back. I'd hate to spend a couple hundred on the switch and find out it's not wired all the way. Thanks!

I haven't read of anyone buying the switch and failing at the process. The coding with the Bimmercode app is very simple and I recall without reading that thread that all the info you need is in it. If you really need help you can pay someone on line to link with your car (not cheap) or find someone local. Post up where you are and maybe someone here will help you out for a cup of coffee or a beer or two.

Thank you Minnie. I am in the Portland, Oregon area. I'll do some more reading about Bimmercode and what that means exactly. Thank for the help and I'm open for any help from someone out there.
