Also in Heidelberg

I've got my '06 MCS Convertible coming early November... Not exactly top-down weather but maybe we can all hook up sometime for a beer/dinner.

Hey again,

the Rhein-Main MINIs do their annual Spring Break Tour throught the beautiful "Odenwald" area on Sunday March 26th. Start is around 11:00

The tour is about 150 km and will be done in groups of 5 MINIs each. You'll get a road book and a local guide. We have about 60 MINIs already lined up!
The tour will end around 15:00 with the option to hang out at a local pub.

The meeting point is at 11:00 in Kleinheubach at the parking lot of:
"Firma Erbacher Ernährung/Josera"
Am alten Friedhof
63924 Kleinheubach
... this is about 35 km or 22 miles from Aschaffenburg, right next to the B469).

There is also a meeting point at 10:00 at the McD' in Bürgstadt (if you like to get this kind of breakfast :-D ):
Am Stadtweg 1
63927 Bürgstadt

Please feel free to fire away with questions if you want to join. I can also offer to meet near Frankfurt and guide you.

Cheers
Philip

Eager for Motoring

After 4 years of waiting (lots of penny saving ), I have taken delivery of my brand new 2006 MCS ChkMate. My dream car. I am eager in looking to get involved with a MINI car club here in Germany. What better way to enjoy the car and see germany than with other MINIacs like me.

I am also interested in the post concerning this upcoming weekend regarding the Rhein-Main MINIs Spring Break Tour. Any information you have would be awesome.

Located in the Eifel, not sure if there is a local MINI Eifel Riders club. I see alot of postings around the Kaiserslaughtern/Ramstien area, which is only about 35 minutes from here (only in the MINI ) Let me know. Looking forward in seeing replies.

Thanks all. Motor ON !!!

Philip,

I sent two emails just in case. I used the "send email" function through NAM. Not sure if that worked so I sent an email to your address as a safe precaution. Sorry for the late reply. I am not able to check my personal mail at work but I can check the forums.

I am a little new to these forums. Theres a cool feature where if someone wants to email me, they could click on my user name and click on "send email to user" Sweet deal.

Rhein Main MINI Spring Break Tour of Odenwald

Much thanks goes out to Phillip, DaFlake, and all the MINI crazies for thier willingness to share thier passion with me and Terri. We both had an awesome time and look forward to the next event.

I'll be registering with MINI2.com and MINI2.info very shortley and I will be posting more pics from the event in my gallerie. Got sidetracked today. Decided to give my MINI a bath. She needed it after Sundays rally type motoring through Odenwald.

Hope eveyone got home safe.

And for all those of you in this forum wanting to MOTOR, where were you? SLACKERS !!!

Can you post some future events. I remember you mentioned a huge event in Hamburg, near Klon. Also there were some over at the Nurmbergring as well. Any and all info is helpful.

Thanks.

For those who live in Germany, What "local" product do you use to wash/clean your MINI wheels and rims with?

This thread may need to move to "Detailing 101" but with all of use in GE, we have access to many other products that is not in the states.
