The LeMans cars actually have tinted headlight covers, and usually run HID systems, but a similar look can be achieved using drop-in replacement bulbs in the factory H7 size.

The 'K' refers to the equivalent "light temperature" in Kelvins. The number is INDIRECTLY proportional to the amount of light output that you will get in front of your car. Essentially, somewhere around 3500-4500K is going to give you the most visible light output in the yellow to white spectrum, whereas higher numbers, around 6500-10000K will give the blue to purple colors. The higher 'K' lights are neat looking, but less functional. Do a search on ebay for 'yellow H7'; you'll get tons of responses at decent prices.
