Can anyone layout and fab a PCB?

Ok, ok so I'm being cheap and lazy but here's the scoop. I have FINALLY finshed developing a schematic and properly functioning bit of microcontroller code to run a system of driving and fog lights which are also FINALLY on order and on their way to me. Without getting into the messy details basically I will be able to mount a factory switch panel (with the original lit up symbols removed and replaced with more appropriate ones) beneath the one thats already there for windows and such, and use it to control both a set of PIAA driving lights, and the ALTA rally light bar. Problem is that the PCB layout application that compliments my schematic app is several hundred dollars that I would rather avoid spending if at all possible. So, what I need is someone who can take my schematic, BOM, and board outline, layout the components, run the traces, and then fab the board. Yes, I understand that this is usually a job done by professionals who charge quite a bit of money for their services. I am of course willing to pay for services rendered but as I said, I am trying not to spend a whole lot of money. If anyone has these capabilities and is willing to help me out please let me know.

Maybe.

Well what I mean is "yes I can do that" but not sure about whether I can do it for you ... it depends exactly how well you have planned everything, ie: how little time is needed.

Problem #1; unless your schematic is compatible with my tools, I would have to redraw the schematic.

There's a few companies out there that provide a free PCB layout tool, if you use them for the fab - have you checked them out?
The back pages of Circuit Cellar are always good for such adverts.

Hey,
I do some PCb layout......... Have you looked at expresspcb.com ?? For the down and dirty you can layout a PCB up to 2.5 inches X 3.8 inches for $62.00. Most parts can be purchased through Mouser.com or Digikey.com. IF this is too complicated I can walk you through it.

I just wanted to give props to Mouser, as Cruisin 06 mentioned. I used them a lot in grad school for small projects, because they had no minimum order, no handling fees, and charged only the actual shipping costs. I was really kind of surprised by how well they treated very, very small customers.

(No affiliation, and it's been 2 or 3 years since I've needed anything from them.)

I second that. I've used Mouser all through college and recently buying 20cent LEDs! They're easy to work with even though some of their stuff is overpriced.

Thanks but actually I'm already way beyond the layout and fab stage. As it turns out I took GBMINI's advice and tried the free layout software thats out there. After discovering that its pretty much junk except for very simple designs i sucked it up and bought a "real" software package that had all kinds of fancy extras like auto-route and netlist linking (whoops i forgot the "insert sarcasm here" bit). I'm actually now past my second generation board and will be placing an order for my third gen tomorrow (hopefully this time i didnt screw anything up). As for parts, i pretty much deal exclusively with digikey already. Nothing against mouser (never used them) but I've been buying from digikey for years with no issues and am too lazy to bother looking at someone else as long as those guys keep doing what i need them to do. Thanks for the tips tho.
