Electrical Auto-lock stopped working after battery disconnect???

Auto-lock stopped working after battery disconnect? It is working now- nevermind!
It looks like it started working on its own- strange!
I had the MINI battery disconnected yesterday for about 14 hours, I hooked it back up whis morning and everything works fine but the auto lock (when you get over 10-12 MPH the doors automatically lock). I have the Ian auto up circuit if that makes a difference and that also is working fine. Any idea how I can "reset" the system so it will enable the auto lock again? Thanks!
