NCExpert Coding Question $522 VO
Picked up a set of new headlights for the R61 and have been reading about the NCE coding of it.
Question comes up - where is the addition of this $522 VO to be put?

It goes on the Vehicle Order (VO) of both the CAS and FRM. Then you will also want to change the following:
Disables auto-leveling - in case you're not retrofitting that as well.
AUTO_LWR_ENABLE
nicht_aktiv
Also disables auto-leveling
DYNAM_LWR_ENABLE
nicht_aktiv
Changes headlight pinout to the 3 main pinout. Before adding $522 your car should already be using this but once you update the VO this is changed. This also fixes flash to pass.

I actually just finished the same conversion myself using all OEM parts and will be doing a writeup once my remaining housing shows up next week.
