New to tuning.... Need advice.

I have a 2012 Countryman All4 S and am considering a remote tuning since I can't find a local shop anywhere near me (Hampton Roads Va area).
I'm new to this and would like some recommendations and advice.
Don't want to go crazy, just additional HP and torque. I'm sure y'all can relate when I say there's more to that motor than stock settings allow for and I want to access its potential without trashing the motor.
So, what should I look for? What products are the best? Your experience? And if it's not too personal, how much did it cost?
Thanks in advance!

Manic tune best option or a used accessport.

I just bought a accessport to check out but ultimately plan to go with a manic tune.

There are a few other options but from all I've found on here those are best two.

Welcome
I'd suggest starting with just a basic tune then working on your mods to move up to the next stage. If you upgrade the tune you don't have to pay to retune the car just the difference from the first tune.
You can ship your ECU to us and we return ship in 48hrs or less
