Does anyone know why my alarm is going off for no apparent reason thru the night right in my driveway and my Window seems to creep down thru the night too? New mini owner, my dream car is haunting me and I've only had it 5 days.....As is, no warranty

I'm guessing you didn't get a pre purchase inspection, first thing I'd check is battery condition. After that things get a bit more pricey.
