Alarm won't turn off

I have a 2002 R53 and my alarm keeps going off. Pushing the buttons on the remote does nothing. The car battery is now drained but the alarm still goes off when we tried unlocking the door with the key. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Get the cars main battery charged up & then you can turn the alarm off. If you just hook it up to a charger the increased voltage should allow the remote system to function to allow you to turn it off. Best of luck!
