So I'm trying to solve an issue I'm having with a buzzing relay on my new piaa 540 driving lights and after doing some research it looks like the DRL may be part of the problem...

Anyway I called two local east bay dealers and the quoted me a "standard" $195 to reprogram the ecu...WTF! That's more than the frickin lights cost!

I have two questions...

1) does that sound reasonable? Is it really at least an hour process??

2) do I HAVE to go through a dealer to do this?
