I want to turn my chrono option on in my mini. Can someone throw me a bone on what all I need to do?

Your question is vague. Do you mean that you have retrofitted the Chrono Pack gauges, and now you want to program it?

Trade cars to make it work right.....
Folks have gotten 90% to work...but having lights, vin# and miles on the odemoter mismatch are a issue....
Was only an option on 2005+ cars...so earlier was no luck...later...with ALL THE CLUSTERS CHANGED....
Good luck.

I have the dual guages, just the indicator lights are not in there right locations. So I need to activate th chrono package to allow the dual guages to work.

Did you install new or used gauges? I don't think anybody has ever done a successful chrono retrofit with used gauges that works 100% correctly. Some configuration information is permanently burned in when it is activated.

To program it yourself, you will need to use NCSExpert. Otherwise go to a dealer.

Yup....
Do a search.....
About 10 threads with folks posting the same...wrong lights lit, vin# and mile mismatch....
All the info is stored in ALL 3 PARTS....so you might have a chance if you swap ALL THE GUAGES FROM THE DONOR....
You will have a Vin flag......so if the car is sold, the miles on the car becomes "unknown".... Impacting value....
