Just push a couple buttons on start-up. Kinda part of the fun for me.

It's the opposite function that provides value. I don't like having to hold both Window up buttons everytime I get out of the car.

Ordered one from Way last July. The product I received would not keep the program. It would program but losses it when I turn off the ignition or start the car. Told Way about it. Way said he would replace it as soon as he gets another one from fes. It's almost the middle of September and still no update.

Did either of you try to contact him and get a response, or were your circuits just mysteriously shipped? He has ignored all my attempts at contact and has yet to ship me anything.
I guess there are other choices for the auto-sport circuit but his is much better than the others. I really don't want to contact my credit card and have them cancel the transaction and order a worse one. But it has been 2 months!

Glad I got mine two years ago then. It's sad to read people having problems since it's an awesome module to have. Auto-up and ASC defeat is what I use it for.

Fes

I am sure that they are a small business that has to wait on the Chinese manufactures between delivers, that being said there is just no excuse!

The Mini Community is basically a small one, and the fact that the last of the cars that can use this module were produced 5 years ago, means the amount of orders are dwindling daily, as most that have it already got it years ago in one version or another, or they just dont know or care. So I am sure that an order of 100 pieces would hold stock levels for quite some time.

Second and I think even more important, Communicate with your customers!

I personally sent an email containing a link to this thread to FES, I heard Nothing, if it had been me I would of immediately of drafted a response for both this thread and an email to ALL pending orders to let people know the status of their orders and that we hear them and care.

I am sure that the people that ordered it WANT IT, and would wait, but a bit of communication would of gone a long way.

To those that are still waiting; I would suggest pulling your order (I know thats easy to say as I now have mine) but doing so will cause the Credit Card Company and PayPal to look at this account and maybe get the companies attention that something has to be done, they are selling an item in a community that is well connected to one another and this kind of bad press/talk will kill them.

Then if you really feel that you have to have the item order it from another supplier, I know there are a couple that advertise it also, you are not going to get it any fast but you are going to effect profit margin and ability to do business!

Really good news everyone...I just spoke with Matt on the phone!
As I suspected, he had some serious health problems the last few months and could not ship orders. But he says he is now slowly able to ship some orders, and waiting for stock on parts on some others. It's been three months for my order, but hopefully I will see it soon.

Thanks for the heads up.

Here is hoping that Matt gets back to 100% health soon.
