I heard about the great things that an auto-up circuit from fes-auto.com can do. Sadly, I ordered one 15 days ago and received no shipment information. I emailed them back a week ago but got no response and I called them 2 days ago and left a message and got no response. I'm filing a fraud claim with the company using my bank but I wanted to ask if anyone knows what's up with the Vendor?

PS Anyone know of a place to actually get one of these units?

 

I ordered the Ian Cull auto up circuit for my old R53 through FES back in 2010 and didn't have any problems.

 

It's not a scam, I know Matt is legitimate. But I too ordered an auto-sport circuit nearly three weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately and I received an order confirmation email, but I never heard or received anything.

I've sent an email, filled out their form, and in fact today called and left a voicemail.
I can only hope he's on a long vacation.

 

If this is who WMW gets their auto-sports from, then I know they are having trouble getting a hold of FES too. My auto-sport ordered through WMW is on back order until they can get a hold of him.

 

I am in the same Boat, Order one, Charged My Card, Got Email Confirmation and now waiting . . .

 

Ditto. That was a week and a half ago for me, still no part. Not a great feeling!

I ordered something mid May and still waiting.
He contacted me a few days ago, seeing how parts were on back order.

 

This a very small operation. Maybe inventory is low. It is possible that Matt is away from home. I find it very hard to believe there is any type of scam afoot.

 

I also do not feel that it is a scam just that it is an EXTREMELY POOR way to handle business and taking orders.

i personally have not problem waiting a bit, but I think they should communicate with the customers.

 

Oh wow. He really needs to get in touch with all of us that placed orders!

This guy needs to start letting his customers know what's up.

I agree with you. These are poor business practices.

 

Ian has him on facebook but he say's that's been inactive for a while too. I just emailed MC2 to see if they have any idea. I'm just worried it is some bad news.

 

Any updates? I've called 4 times & can't get any response besides voice mail!

 

He sent me a message last week that he had to program the Ian Cull modules. I'll shoot him a message on Tuesday to see how it's going.

 

So there's proof that he's still around? Any excuse for his own auto-sport modules?

 

I received a tracking number today!

Hopefully this was just a lapse in decent business communication and we will all receive our orders.

 

I got an email stating that my order shipped, I still think he should of Email people to let them know what was going on, but I am glad to be getting my module.

I will say this I will not suggest him as a vendor EVER.

 

I also received a tracking number. Looking forward to getting my chip! The rally lights project begins when the Ian chip gets here.

Mine Showed up today, but the weather is Terrible so I can not install it right now.

 

So.... Send a message and don't ever order from, let your friends order from this vendor again.

 

I got mine today as well. Will be installing this weekend.

Sadly this is the only vendor for this product. And it did eventually come. If I had never received the unit I would tell people to never buy from them but it came so instead I will say to be mindful of this companies communication practices. If the business owner ever reads this, I hope he/she realizes that some simple communication would have prevented all this confusion and disappointment.
