Xenon Assembly Part

I was swapping my HID bulbs today and the drivers side bulb mount broke on me (2006 so may just be the wear of the plastic over time). The part I am talking about is the black circular piece that holds the bulb into place within the lens and the headlight itself and the ballace screws onto the opposite side of it. I don't want to have to buy a whole new housing for such a small part. Does anyone know of the part number I'd be looking for or would happen to know where I could find one of these? I'd greatly appreciate it because as of now I am driving with only one headlight and isn't safe for the roads where I am at. Thanks in advance!

Check with the dealer, if I remember correctly, I broke one too, and it was available individually.

What your talking about is the bulb retaining ring....right?

It kind of looks like part number 10. I know the bulb is held into place with this ring, the ballace then attaches to the ring and the last part to go on is the access door panel. I would go to the dealership but I am stationed in Germany (USAF) and the mini dealer here charges time and a half what they do in the states and its in euros which is even worse. But I will go and see if its my last case scenario.

I went into my old parts box & yes I had to replace mine, and I bought it as an individual piece.
I believe the picture is off a little, possibly a non-facelift pic. it's a black ring w/ a 3/4" or so shoulder that screws into the housing.
(sorry, was pretty certian this was it so I didn't take a pic. for reference, I'll tey & get one later today)

Yes,

We have it here , it can be a pain to install so take your time. You have to clip it in while making sure not to touch the xenon bulb glass , just the backing and then give the support ring a slight twist. You can see in our picture the little cut outs were the pegs on the xenon bulb base fit into. then you insert the ignitor and plug the little wire in.

Here is a picture and the link to part. Click the url for the part.

Hope that helps you out.

Thanks for the diagrams, it helped a lot when I went into the dealer here in Kaiserslatern and they didn't rape me too much on the price only 13 euros and its getting here Saturday. About the same I would be paying for a part then shipping and wait time. I did book mark you guys over at ECS tuning lots of cool gear and will be checking you guys out for product in the near future.
