My AC fan just went out on me for the second time and discovered that the problem was the resistor pack wiring got so hot that it burt through all the insulation on the wires; leaving bare wires showing, left scorch marks on the resistor pack, and destroyed the plug. Long story short I need a new resistor pack and the pig tail for the resistor.
I cant seem to find anywhere that sells the pig tail so I was hoping I might be able to buy a new plug and make my own. Does anyone know of a place that might sell these plugs? The only thing I can find online is a new AC complete wiring harness which is about $100 and I dont really want to buy a new one just to cut off the plug I need.
