Silver to Black Xenon - good deal?

My dealer quoted me $1250 for both headlights and $250 for installation (2 hour). THey have a deal for 20% off parts installed at the dealership which would basically make installation free.

Thoughts on the price?

The price is okay (I'd stop short of saying "good") for purchase and installation at a dealer. You can save some more if you mail order the headlights from a dealership that sells parts at discount prices (such as Classic MINI) and install yourself or at an independent shop. The headlights should be a direct swap and shouldn't require 2 hours of labor.

You'll probably get recommendations here to Joey mod it yourself for the price of a can of paint (and a lot of anxiety as you bake and open up the headlight).
