wiring problem help

Hi
Just put my engine back in my MCS 2002 ,but since their was no electrical
harnest Im a bit confuse with the B+ base the connection to charge the battery under the hood and its got a plastic cover and is held by the air filter. Im aware one end is direct to the battery + but is the other end not shure probably to the starter but need confirmation. Hope you guys understand since Im french.
