Very sorry for the bump.
im from israel, my local dealer is litteraly unable to do this simple FRM reprograming.

Can someone give me a link for a cheap NCS Expert + Step By Step Guide so i can reprogram my car to accept OE HIDS.

tnx

Ok, I got everything connected, hooked up, etc. Now the only problem I have is with the programming. I added the $522, but i'm stuck on "resetting the FRM module" so it downloads it again. If anyone has any insight, or a step by step process of this I'd greatly appreciate it

Ok ,

I had some factory hid xenon lights from my 07 that I wanted to put into my 2013 that came with halogens .
I don't know why someone mentioned that you wanted the ballast to match the year of your car but obviously mine did not ( 07-early 09 are a 4 bolt ballast , 09 and up are a 3 bolt ballast ) .
Also I never had to mess with the footwell module in the car ( I also didn't bother with the adjusters , washers , or high beams as my main goal was to have xenons ( low beams) and signals ) . So I moved the brown ground wire in the plug a couple positions to the correct spot ( see posts up above ) and I was good to go after programming car to use the hids- any half way decent repair shop should have an autologic scanner , this was used to connect to car and enable the hid system so that you're dash won't show any lighting issues , and you won't have the flickering lights - took about 3 minutes max .
