Wiring for power under dash?

Hello all,

I just put in a Tein SS coilover system into my MINI and I installed their EDFC kit (an electronic dampening controller) as well. I managed to snake the wires through the grommet and from the back, but I can't for the life of me understand where to hook the wiring to.
Here's the diagram describing what it needs to hook to:

I'm just not sure where to get the power source, but once I find the right wires, it should be a snap, as the kit came with wire clips that sever covering of the old wire and connect to the new one.

So, where can I find the power for the wires as requested by the diagram? I'm still finding my way around this car...

Where in the car is the connector you are trying to connect to ?

Wiring diagrams can be found here http://www.bmw-planet.com/diagrams/release/en/index.htm

Some suggestions :-

Run Yellow wire directly to battery +ive terminal.
Run Red wire to centre feed of front power socket
Run Green wire to illumination feed of front power socket (if fitted)
Run Black wire directly to battery -ive terminal

but this gives you 2 runs in opposite directions/ends of the car.......

so where are you starting from ?

Cheers

Chris
