Will Not Start.

Got up this moring to start Coop but it will not start. I have not drove it in over a month, but all the radio and gages work, when I go to start it, the gages and all make a slight buzzing sound then they go back to their start position. Car does not even make a sound. Could this still be a battery issue?
Should I try jumpin it off? Whats next?

How many miles/years on the battery? I hadn't driven my 2004 MCS with 76K on it for several weeks and experienced the same problem as you. The original battery had died; replaced; no further problem. I wonder whether if I had not stopped driving it for a while the battery would have stayed OK.
