just inatalled my led dome light(blue) it took 5 mins and looks awsome will have pics after work tonight


i suggest everyone does this cheap, easy ,cool mod

allright heres the pics i took in rush to get inside had a long day at work so didnt really take time to make them look nice

this is just the dome light installed and it serves my purpose well i wanted a brighter mood light to cruise with and it does just that while being just noticable outside the car so it is leagal to drive with inside the car it is great put blue window tint on the floor lights and waiting to see how it looks tonight

 

what kind of light did you install and where did you get them?

from here and its the led dome lamp, its the first one on the right

and i got blue

and so easy i have to do another mod to feel like i accomplished something
its as simple as pulling off the panel,pulling out the bulb with scotch tape,and plugging in the led

 

That looks very cool indeed - however just looked at the site and the postage to Australia is $85

Does it really cost so much to post a bunch of LEDs to Australia? Maybe they are sending them here by space shutte?

mmm methinks I need to try and get in contact with someone I know in the states. I will contact the store to see if they can move on the postage... ie it doesnt have to arrive here tomorrow

 

If anyone wants them I will be glad to ship them to my home US and reship them to you, have done it many time to the UK for ram and such.....

SO THIS IS THE DOME LIGHT IN THE CENTER THAT TURNS ON WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOORS?..IT LOOKS REALLY COOL BUT A. DONT YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO TURN THAT LIGHT ON WHILE YOUR DRIVING, AND B. DOES IT DEFEAT THE PURPOUS OF THE DOME LIGHT AND MAKE IT HARD TO FIND STUFF WHEN YOU NEED THAT LIGHT AT NIGHT, I GUESS THE PICTURE DOESENT TELL THE STORY?? LET ME KNOW, IM INTRESTED!!!

 

 

you forget about the map lights they are still white and you can turn on the dome light the switch or just open the door to see blue

 

Woah..Didn't mean to yell buddy sry. Didn't forget, was thinking more center arm rest or back seat area. Never the less, it looks cool for sure.

 

who need back seats i dont use my back seats so it works for me cant wait to get the rear seat delete kit

 

The back seats come in quite handy when you have to transport people you don't like very much.

It's not as much fun if they just ride with someone else.
