low beam height adjustment

Hello guys, i would like to ask if anybody knows how to adjust the height of the low beam lights. Even at the higher position, they are still 2 low, and the visibility is really bad when driving at a dark road. Could somebody explain how to adjust them?

there are black plastic screws at the back of the headlight housing. Near them is a marker of what they do.
