Whoa! I really like the idea of that. How much does it actually light up? Does it effect your eyes at night?

I don't drive with it at night, it is a bit distracting... I can turn it off...

doesn't light too much up, just a soft glow....

Pretty cool. I was thinking of putting some lights in the AC vents. To give it a nice soft glow at night.

What type of lights did you use for this?

it is a stringy plastic flexible light bar.. a bit hard to wire, as one of the wires you have to connect to is like a human hair... but once wired, you can do anything with them.. I was also gonna work on doing the inside of the a/c vents but was unsure how to do it... if I use these, then they block some of dirt that comes through.. and what not.. I also have some LED's that maybe will work in there... will have to experiment...

here is where I got it from...

Do you have a direct link to the product on that site? I can't seem to see the forest through all the trees....
I'm wondering about some orange lights for in the footwells for mine.

Something like this could work for that purpose...

http://autolumination.com/lightbright.html

I found a great flexible LED strip a while ago that a member on here recommended (I can't remember his name but he had an orange cabrio that I think has since been replaced). Can't remember where I bought it.

Autolumination is a great vendor btw. :thumbsup

Rusty already beat me to it....

and I think the other place you are thinking about is Ozmium.com... not sure how to spell it... I believe you are thinking about ImagoX... with the Orange Cabro... he loves Ozmium.

I was going to get my LED's from www.oznium.com
They have really good customer service, and their lights are really good quality.

autolumintion does have good service too... just depends on what products you want, as they are slightly different in some cases...

I have never heard anything bad about either company
