I completed my registration this morning. For my part, I selected a rather limited set of registration items (the welcome cookout, a MITO T-shirt, and a grill badge).

I also made my lodging reservations at the Brackenridge Lodge figuring it would be a bit quieter and less chaotic than the main event hotel, but it's conveniently close. I reserved a cabin just in case our group wanted a place where we could hang out, relax, plan drives, etc.

I'm always looking forward to this trip!

Sue and i just made our reservations at the Brackenridge lodge. And just to let everyone know they said if we book five or more rooms the EIM group will get a discount.

So if you are going and thinking of staying at the Brackenridge lodge PM me and i will send you the code so you can get the discount.

Not to hijack your thread, but there doesn't seem to be any other 2014 MITO threads on NAM. (I figured since I'm only 90 miles east of Clinton IA, the EIM group is close enough).


I just registered for MITO, which is our first MINI regional/national rally. My wife Carol and I are looking forward to some beautiful roads and weather. Reservations are at the nearby Best Western Eureka Springs, since the host Best Western Inn of the Ozarks is fully booked.

Does anyone out there know how to acquire the Tshirts etc. once a person has registered? ----------- Mike I can't seem to find the the process !

 

It's part of the registration process. When you select the "MITO Swag" option during registration, other menus pop up that allow you to select the stuff you want (T-shirts, badges, etc.) and the sizes.

I think we're well past the minimum number of reservations for getting the discounted rate. Nice!

 

Gary, did the Mito registrations reps send you a room reservation code number to have a room to stay in after you registered? They sent me one. Do you think i should let them know i'll not be staying at the INN at The Ozark's, because i've made my reservations at the Lodge also.

 

I received the same code, and I don't think it's necessary to let them know you're staying elsewhere. I'm sure the hotel will keep allocating rooms on a first-come, first-served basis until there are no accommodations left. I think the code just gives one access to the MITO block of rooms, but you're not taking the vacancy away from someone else.

Hi every body, I received an email from MITO saying they've extended the registration window till i believe it was October 5th. So if anyone can talk some others to join all of us, it would be great to meet more motorers !!
