new tail lights
I got these a week or so ago, and just got around to putting them on this morning... totally plug-and-play, exact fit, took about 10 minutes each side. I think they look great. Cost? $22 for the pair. I love 'em.

Those are really nice...very eye-catching.
The mod bug seems to have bit you early in the game. Look out.

Thanks, I wanted to hack into the wiring so I can run the lights as I please. Looks to be a wiring , electronic minefield.

was Jack Black but now I'm going Glitzy Chrome
I think I'm going to remove some of the black stuff on my car if anybody wants to trade black parts for chrome.

If anyone is interested in buying a 3 month old Access Port for $700 let me know (They are $850 new.) It works great and you can definitely feel the difference. I am selling for 2 reasons; I don't drive very often (I work from home.) The bigger reason is that I recently bought a "Fixer-upper" house and could use some money towards a couple projects. (I live in the quad cities.)

For the benefit of those who couldn't make Granite City last weekend, I thought I'd post a pic of
bsteig 's new grill work...very nice.
Seems like I remember him saying he has a big brake kit ready to go too...

That is really cool! Is that a DYI grill or is it aftermarket?

Definitely aftermarket, but I can't recall the vendor he obtained it from.

Yikes...I'm not sure I'd have the self-confidence to tinker with someone else's MINI. Pretty easy to screw up a vinyl install...

Kind of a pseudo-mod...a new toy that came this week, just in time for the Branson occupation -
