Hi all! It was great to see the turnout at Wig and Pen yesterday, especially given the the weather limitations. Happy to see many familiar faces and really fun to meet all of the new folks! A nice place to meet. We may definitely have to consider another visit there sometime.
Here's just a few pics from our Meet and Greet. MINI2, MariaChick, REDMINI...amazing how you managed to keep everything looking so mighty fine despite the crud on the road! (Was there a car wash nearby? What was your secret?):

(Handsome Rob, would you be willing to port these over to our site?)
Jan and I started heading back north from Washington about 6 pm; ran into a little freezing rain between Riverside and Independence -- we counted six cars in the median ditch on I-380 between IC and CR. Happily, my Hankook iPikes performed well; at a safe speed (probably 40 mph average) the MINI motored along straight and true through it without so much as a wiggle. Once we got north of Independence it was just light snow; the roads were 50-100% covered but it was relatively easy driving. Took an extra half-hour for the trip home which was not bad at all considering the conditions.
Hope to see everyone again soon! Motor on -- safely!
