New ECS MINI Atmospheric DV Spacer N14/N18 - Red Or Black nodized!

ECS Tuning

Turn your MINI turbocharged engine into a head-turning, exhilarating driving experience with our In-House designed and engineered Atmospheric Diverter Valve Spacer! Our ECS DV Spacer unleashes your turbocharger's compressed air into the atmosphere, giving it the sound of a blow off valve (BOV), with every gear change and every boosted throttle close!

Thanks to our strategically engineered vent slots you can boost on without worry of CEL (Check Engine Light). Meticulously engineered and tested by our expert R&D Team on various Gen2 MINI vehicles, we ensured you can have all the fun without the worry of a warning lamp on your dash.

**Special notch design so you will not have to shave the side like other aftermarket diverters to install the spacer**

Fits:
2007-2015 R55-R61 MINI Cooper S/JCW - Turbo Engines

Looks pretty thick... How does it fit behind the coolant hoses on the N18 turbo?

Fine. We made it thick to allow the space for the notch (thats were most have to be modded) and for the proper depth for the factory DV.

I ask because I have an "eBay Special" spacer, which is half the thickness of yours, and my coolant pipe is tight against the diverter valve. I do like the notch for the wastegate actuator.

When we modeled it it was close to it. But if the line was moved or replaced it might have moved a little from the stock location. Their is not much room in there and I have seen people bend the metal pipe out and adjust that with aftermarket turbos to fit other BOVs.

https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Sit...h/11539845352/ newest design pipe, which also like to fail at the T so if you doing it might as well upgrade and tweak it a bit if needed.

Here is the GFB DV from N18 in the picture, let me know how it goes and if you run into anything. My guess is because your line is so close, it might need bent a little to clear being that its that close.

Upgraded DV and this spacer on the way. I'll post about it once installed and beat on.

Awesome, let us know. Wooshy Wooshy noises coming soon. I just drove my R58 JCW to get a drink on a sunny day in Ohio and it sounds great.

That Rein pipe looks like the one to get - already includes a metal tee!

Yep, I'll have to order one of those. Mine is fairly new as I replaced it with an oem part. Original part busted on a late sunday oil change one day. Good ole brass T union held out for a while tho!

This part looks legit and should last years.

Can this be used in conjunction with the GFB DV+?

Theoretically, yes, but you're going to need a lot of extra space at the diverter valve that really isn't there
