Randy

I'll take the Saterday 3:30 slot before it is swooped up. I would like the pully and ECU. I e-mailed you just a little while ago. Hope this works for you AND I.
Thanks

Wow, that filled up fast.
I guess I will take the 9:30 slot on Sunday.
I will be there for both days, so if time exists for Satuday, I'll take it.

Also, for those asking about Exhaust systems, it doesn't look like we will
have enough time. We are at 14 or so right now. At this rate, I ams sure we will add another 4 or 5 to the list and might even need a 3rd day.

If you have any questions, you can get in touch with Randy or myself.

Agro, I should be around to help you out. We will get this done. Hopefully, Dominic will get his ready to go as well. I will show up with a new one as well!

Will anyone need a hotel room for a night while in Phoenix for the Pully party?
If so, let me know.
I can get you in touch with a couple hotels that are a shot down the freeway from the party.

WE still have a few more openings if anyone else is interested.

Yes, I'll need a room for the Friday and Saturday nights. Not too expensive would be good.

Here's a probably dumb question...
howz come an ECU mod like the Powerchip or Evotech doesn't re "learn"?
Isn't the stock ECU supposed to be adaptive and reprogram itself based upon driver habits etc.? So somehow the flashed ECU stops that process?
???
Too much wine at diner?

Oops. Th3118 was on the list. Sorry. That's 9 timeslots requested.

Brandon...any word on the hotel situation?

Randy, I don't know if you read these threads, but I want to order a small item from you that I would pick up in Phoenix if I can. Cleaning kit for a BMP intake. PM me please.

On the list I faxed Randy, we had 14 for sure, and 1 that never gave me their phone number. I believe Randy was going to get in touch with them.
Some just never posted on here what time slot they wanted.
I don't think that they even knew it was filling up.

Tim (thelaw13) needs the Sunday 8:00 am slot.
Mike (Binkydognose) needs a Sunday time slot
Jeff (DVLMINI) needs a time
John (Johnbuzz) needs a time
Hafid (Hafid) needs a time
Jenn (scoop) wants a Sunday slot
And there are a couple from M2 forum who need ti sign up for a time.

I am still working on the hotel room.
Sorry it is takeing so long. I have been out of town for 2 family deaths in the past 3 weeks. I did manage a 4 day weekend in San Diego last weekend though.

I will get the phone numbers and prices this week for everyone.

I see dragonflyer is on the list. I belive he has a Cooper, so it would be impossible to install a supercharger pulley on his car. Would someone please let him know?

I just looked at dragonflyers MINI, it's not an S.
I sent him a PM, and sent Randy an email about it.
So I'm not sure he will be there.

So.....I got dibs on the 3:30 Saturday slot.
I am going to be there all day anyway, so I might as well
get mine done.

Randy, can you put me down for the 3:30 Saturday to replace
Dragonflyer if he doesn't have the S.

Sorry Dragonflyer. But your more than welcome to join us for the
festivities.null

I'll take 8 (first choice) or 12:30 on Sunday please.
Randy, can you run down what the ECU options might be at the party? Will you have the spark plugs available too?

Haf, your new sig is gorgeous!

November 22
Saturday

8:00 ~ Todd Houser Pulley

9:30 ~ Dominic Tuso Pulley Alta Intake with red tube

11:00 ~ Andrew Ross Pulley

12:30 ~ Russell Pulley ECU

2:00 ~ Ryan ***** Pulley

3:30 ~ dragonflyer ECU /MiniMac

November 23
Sunday

8:00 ~ Tim Vanlaw Pulley ECU

9:30 ~ Mike (Binkydognose) Pulley ECU

11:00 ~ hafid

12:30 ~ John Brasch Pulley ECU Alta intake

2:00 ~ Larry Bunch Pulley ECU

3:30

Dragonfly, I still have an ECU program for you, but I apologize for not realizing you did not have an S. The pulley is actually a reduction pulley for the supercharger that spins it faster resulting in more boost. The Cooper doesn't have a supercharger, so I can't put a pulley on your car. I still hope to see you there!
I'm calling folks tomorrow to find out what times work.

Here are some prices:

Pulley and installation - $400 (no tax)
Intake (no tax)
-Madness $249
-Alta with hose $259
-Alta w/o hose $199
-Pilo intake $145
ECU $690 (no tax)

I'll keep updating as we go - at this point, we may need to contact DynoComp to see if Friday is open as well. I still have four folks to schedule and only two slots left.

See you soon!

Randy

The web site of the place that you are hoasting this at, shows that they can do something to the my Mini to make it 155 HP. What do I need to do that? I will still be there to meet you all. But know one seems to know anything about the regular Coppers. Did I get the wrong car? Someone told me before I bought it that they increased the horse power on their regular Cooper to 180 something so I've been trying to find out how to do that since then. I tried to contact randy through his web site and never got a reply. Feel free to e-mail me at djjetstorm@hotmail.com if you can answer any of my questions.

dragonflyer,

If they can get 155 out of the Cooper, I'd be interested to see it! That's a gain of 40 horsepower. The most I've seen is about 15, and that takes quite a bit - ECU, exhaust, intake, header, coilpack, etc.

Give me a call, and I'll be happy to go over options with you.

Randy

Randy, there's been some interest in classic Mini owners coming out to watch you work when you're in town. They were also wondering if there'd be an opportunity for them to get a dyno run.

Randy,
Things have changed on my end. Doesn'y look like I will be able to do anything right now. So the guy that wanted my slot at 3:30 can have it  I will still be there for the festivaties though.

Dominic,
Nice of you to join us here. I would love to see some of the AMO at the party.
