I don't have the best typing skills. I only use 5 fingers to type, but I can do it fast. However, it often get going to fast and push the keys in the wrong order.
Sometimes, I even miss the key alltogether.

But it isn't an eek.....
I am nervous. But my entire family is beyond excited. This is the first girl born into our family in the last 30 years! I have 1 female cousin, that is it. So I have mooved to the top of the food chain. I think we are need to build a room addition or just move into a bigger house to fit all the clothes that my mom has bought!!!

O, I forgot to mention this, but if any of you guys are interested in roof graphic, or bonnet stripes, or a logo, or windshield banner, or whatever, let em know.
I can set up to do some stuff for us when we do the pullys.

Dominic, I am still working on yours. Also working on mine. I removed all my stuff yesterday. I think I might be doind a chrome logo for the roof.......Sounds like fun!

I know. Just a little keybord sensitive.
So I guess you could say there was an eek.

The Dr. at the utrasould said it is 99% positive it is a girl.

So I still have a chance!!!

So since we are at 7 or 8 now, we only need 2 more.
Which one of you MINI owners are going to grab those spots?
I got first dibs on the street race Dom!

You mean that street race down at either Firebird Int'l or Phoenix Int'l raceways right?

Roof graphic install at the same time? I want to put an Australian flag on Alice. I wonder how much notice Matt @ cooperflags would need? Hmmm...any ideas on what the graphic installation might cost? I already know the cost of the flag.

Just browsing this thread - wanted to see how the various pulley parties are shaping up.

After reading the comments about doing the drive from Vegas I got envious. I live in Ohio, but I know the drive.

a bit off topic, but...
Has anyone taken thier MCS out around Mammoth yet? I've done the drive from Vegas to Mammoth, and while the first portion is let-the-wheel-go straight the roads around Inyo Natl. Forest (266 or 267 West to Big Pine) roll & twist delightfully. ...Guaranteed tire squeeling fun on every turn. Old Mammoth Road would be a blast too.

Best to you folks doing the pulley. Its awsome. ...Be sure to get the EVOtech too. I didn't and I've been kicking myself ever since.

Agro, let me know what the image is you want.
I can print it and have it ready for you when you come for the install.
Give me a week prior to get it done for you.
I will cut you a good deal, as I do for other MINI owners.
I am charging a couple other guys only $150 for a full color graphics.
Beats the $250 street price.

>>Did a similar drive from Vegas to Sedona last October (in an Integra) and was wishing I had my MCS (was still waiting). Driving down the canyon from Flag would have been very entertaining indeed.

There's a small group of us that might end up in Sedona this Saturday to go run the Oak Creek Caynon and some other fun things. Check out this thread. But then again, popular vote might go for a Tombstone run. Right now it's a tie, but if you cast in a vote you might tip the scales to going North...

I need an Australian flag. I have a black roof, so you can't use clear for the white bits. CooperFlags has an Aussie flag on their website, so I was kinda planning on going with them, but if you can beat their price, or even meet it if you're gonna be doing installs, I'm open to vendors. You offer the same kind of warantee that they do? :???:

Yes, I do offer a 3 year warranty. And I will be there to help on the install.
I print on white vinyl, not clear. So the white parts will be white.
Not sure what they charge, but I am doing things like this for $150 for Mini owners only.
I will have Dominics stuff done by then. I will have more stuff on mine as well.
I have some cool films on the way. Wait till everyone sees it! They are going to love it!!!

$150 is a good price. You have any pics I can see of how your flags look? Do you do them to the edge of the roof or rectangular like a flag?

Agro, I have yet to do a FLAG.
Why settle for a flag when the options are endless???
So far, I have done stripes on the bonnett, and graphics on the sunroofs.
When it gets to the edges of the roof, it gets tricky.
But it is doable.

You have seen the pictures of mine.
I am working on an Accord right now and I am redoing mine.
I also have Dominicminicoopers (aka Torreto) stuff in the works.
As soon as I get them finished, I will post more pictures.

I already have stripes on the bonnet. I want a flag cause rigbht now, there is nothing on Alice to show mu country of origin. Some people might think I'm actually FROM Nebraska based on the licence plate surround, and that is just WRONG! I was showing my wife the Aussie flag on the Cooperflags site, and she said that I should get one, but I have to get one that goes to the edge of the roof.
I kinda have to go along with that. Just how hard are these to install, assuming I've never done one before?

Is there a location of the pulley install? Dyno-Comp in the Scottsdale airpark is a Evotech/ Renntech dealer and has the hardware and software to flash Mini's, so they might be willing to host the pulley install. They also have a 4 wheel drive dyno. http://www.dynocomp.com

OK, you guys were next in line, so I'll offer this to you and see if it will be enough notice to get things organized.

I now have the weekend of July 26th and 27th open and ready. I could do a 3 day event that would take care of 20 cars, but 15-18 would be fine. If we only get the 10 car minimum, it would be just the weekend.

The prices are $400 for the pulley and installation and an additional $699 for the ECU upgrade. I can also do intakes while we are there, since the intake comes out for the install anyway.

We still need a location, and I need a place to stay if you know any cheap flea bag hotels .

Respond here to show interest, and If there is enough, I'll gather your phone numbers and schedule the event.

Thanks!

Randy

You guys have got to do this, plus add the ECU remap. What a totally worthwhile set of upgrades! We all had a blast in Dallas!

Does the ECU remap get changed when the dealership does software upgrades?

Randy, either you're a glutton for punishment (thats the height of the monsoon season when it's 115F, thunderstorming with high humidity), or you simply love the heat. Are you really sure you want to be down here then?

>>We still need a location, and I need a place to stay if you know any cheap flea bag hotels So add me to that list as well.

Do you need pre-payment on the pulley and intake before you come down?
