How much WHP to run this.........

..........we were really fooled by how easy it was going to be run a 200 shot, I really thought we wouldnt be able to get it all in by 3rd but it took it all in 2nd as well. The elevation was 108 feet which is really good for this month...

This one is dedicated to Hubie and El, thanks for the motorvation

I guess that is great, I just don't understand why you want to go fast in a straight line in a car that is designed for the twisties. Thought this is what big old American iron was for.

Paul, what did your car weigh for this run?

If she weighed around 2,400 pounds, that's around 500 hp!?

I just noticed where you're posting from. That explains why the driver was on the "wrong" side.

Awesome run!

Dear god paul. What kind of gas were you running? C18? And even then I hope you cut that ignition advance way back. But holly cow man. Glad someone is there to push Hubie and Jan now. However you do take the cake for doing it the cheapest.

Whats really amazing is that I've kept this video clip ( this run was in Oct 05) secret since January this year, we didn't even know that we had it until we started compiling a dvd for a Mini show we were doing in the UK. ( this run was in Oct 05)

It was the same weekend that Brian and the Widow was on the dyno and they texted me at 3am my time to say that they had made 500whp, so muggins here got out of bed got dressed went to the van in the hotel car park and it was -3 deg to ring them and congratulate them, where I found that they were joking. So we started plotting this then.

If you now watch the run and watch the sec clock you can see that its about a high 14 low 15 sec run
