Cat. converter question

I've bin trying to decide on exhaust and header options without spending all kinds of money. So i've decided between a Borla race or Invidia exhaust, and the OBX header. But i don't realy want to weld the cat to the header. Helix will send the whole assembly out like that if you want. I would like to just bolt everything together. And for all of my searching i can't find any catalytic converter set-up that i can mate inbetween the header and the exhaust. You guys have any ideas, or options.

Thanks,
Brian

Just to clarify - you do not weld the cat to the header. If you take the stock cat you weld a flange to it so that it can be bolted up to the header. The oppoiste side of the stock cat already has a flange and it bolts to the exhaust.

alright, i kept on thinking everyone was welding the cat to the header, which to me ruines the ability to swap out broken/obsolete parts. Thanks for clarifying bahama
