Was the issue ever resolved? Tell your friend to give us a call if there is any issues?
not really. he never put it back on. he doesn't frequent these boards, so i will pass the word. he will be my instructor at Sebring next weekend.

Sounds like the AZ heat has not done anything bad to this. I would like to thank you for all the information. Those of us in the AZ area really needed a real world test.
Thank you for doing that for us.
Keep us posted as the real heat starts to get here.
Happy Motoring.

the madness intercooler has held up wonderfully in the summer!
All you have to do for the winter months is add a little water wetter or if its really really cold, just add coolant.
You will love it. just buy it already!

... for us it might be worth taking a stock car with a 15 % pulley, and stock intercooler and seeing what kind of power it makes then put a intercooler on it... then put a 19% on with a stock intercooler and see what it makes... and then add a bigger intercooler to the 19% combo, and then compare the power... the iats etc... might be an interesting study with an interesting result... or it could be alot of wasted time

lol i've had the MM W2a i/c for almost 2 years now and been posting how well water to air works over air to air. it's like i'm invisible here on this forum.
i guess i'm not taken seriously on this forum???
