Pipercross Filter ?

This is the only Filter which is available in my counrty,,otherwise i have to order sumthing eles is i want...

is it good ???
how many HP dose it give me ??
Is it noise ?? I want to feel

that i install sumthing

Do you have a link to the filter, or any pictures? I don't think most of us have heard of "Pipercross".
