Yes.

Depending what other mods you have & which header, 4 - 12 hp.

Is this a picture of the header on your car or just an illustration? Are you sure that the damage is at the flex joint and not the weld at the precat just down stream? I have repaired two of these where the precat weld had cracked.

It can crack at the output side of the pre-cat. If you don't know what that is , it is the next object down the pipe after the flex pipe that you circled. It looks like a small version of the main cat, because it is. you can see it from under the car. Fallow the pipe from the main cat up towards the pre-cat, where the pipe welds to the pre-cat you will see hairline cracks in the pre-cat side if the weld. Most likely on the swaybar side of it. It may eve be completey apart and loud, like mine was.

It is pretty easy to repair, but I would find someone that is willing to remove the header, cut the pre-cat heat sheild about an inch back and then weld it back together. Otherwise it may leak and or crack again.

Or just replace it with an obx header while it's apart.

My suggestion would be the OBX.

I think both are good choices. Two different designs - 4/2/1 or 4/1 - one designed for more mid focus the other more top end focus.

I have the OBX and have been very happy with it. There are a lot of posts that discuss install which you need to read.

header up.
