Palm OBD II Readers

This may have been discussed before, but being new here, I'd like to get a few recommendations.

I've been looking at ways of measuring any improvements my modifications are making to my MCS performance, without having to go to a Dyno all the time. I have read about a couple of items, and I am sure there are more. One is the G-Tech module, and the other is a OBD II reader fo a palm. The OBD reader looks like it would be more useful as it will give sensor data as well as performance. Any recommendations? Do they accurately measure BHP?

Nothing can accuratley measure BHP. I would be interested in the Palm mainly for diagnostic purposes.
