Call Vicki at WMS, she made it happen for me and I appreciate it. She did eveything she said she would.

Nice change I think.

Give her a call there.

Re: Webb Motorsports, I, too tried to do business w/this company but couldn't get any response to my e-mails or phone messages, so went elsewhere. I am reminded of a quote from P. T. Barnum which applies to Webb Motorsports: "Find a business and mind it".

I'll also add to the list of "had problems"... I was in the market for a new head, and had a few questions to ask about it... no response to emails, etc.

Cost them the sale that's for sure.

Its scary when you've got a company that people here are so passionate about, but they're still happy to let business slide?

Anybody know what's going on over there and WM? I ordered a new pulley and some wires abt 2 wks ago, and only heard that they're getting shipped out last Monday. A week has gone by and none of my emails for a status on my order have a reply. Didn't want to take it up on the forum, but I thought maybe someone might know what's going on. Like a few have mentioned the wait isn't necessarily the problem. It's the lack of a reply which is. I appreciate that WM maybe busy, but how long does it take to reply to let me know what the status of my order is?

Just got pinged on this old thread via email and, as an update, have to say that we never did get a correct receipt or responses to the requests for it after finally getting a receipt for the wrong thing after all months of trying. And, fwiw, my initial inquiries were nothing but nice, as I've said I like the guys, it only got terse after a very long time so its not like I was being treated in kind or anything.

Ah well, such is life, best of luck to everyone in this ol' thread and happy holidays
