Question about Kingsborne plug wires.

Question for you guys that have the Kingsborne plug wires. I received my Stage 3 Ignition upgrade Friday, it was to come with the Coil pack, plugs and Plug wires. The add stated 8.5mm, but the package states 8mm, also the add stated that the plug wires had a 1200 degree firebraid sheilding, which I dont see, looks to just be the Silicone plug wire. Am I missing something here?? Should the package read 8.5mm and not 8mm? I emailed the vendor Friday and will wait to see what they say. I think I may have gotten old stock. What do you think?
Thanks....

Hmmm, I'v got a set of Kingsbourne wires (blue) and on the package it says 9mm. They fit well and I'm happy with them. I wouldn't worry about it from a performance stand point, but I would be a little pissed if I hadn't recieved what I thought I was paying for.

Where did you buy them?

You do not have what was advertised. They are available in sizes 8mm, 8.5 with wrap in red, and 9mm in blue.

9mm plugs

So what happend?? I want Kingsbourne 9mm plug too. But Outmotoring does not tell you what you are buying? Any other place to suggest where to buy "real" 9mm Kingsborne/1200 degree temp.

Webbmotorsports.com has this blue set of wires for $75 that I think are 9mm

They got ahold of me and said they sent the wrong ones. They exchanged them out with no problem. I now have the plug wires with the 1200 degree firebraid sheilding.(blue plug wires.) I picked them up from outmotoring, but its been awhile....

I thought there might have been a mistake as I got my wires from outmotoring and they were correct with the firebraid. Also don't under estimate the HP increase from the red ones...
