Drivetrain Porsche Brakes
On the site http://www.frozenmotors.com they offer cryo treated 911 brake rotors. I just love the way they look. Would they fit on an MCS? Just curious. They look far better than most of the big brake kits out there today, and aren't Porsche brakes suposed to be superb?
AmD in the uk already do a Big Red Porche conversion www.amdtechnik.com/ccartimages/1045039735.jpg
DK,
That isn't the AP Racing/Lockheed kit, so it may very well be the Brembos that come on one of the Porsches (Big Reds came on the 928 GT and the 993 Turbo).
The Porsche kit is really just a Brembo kit. Check out the Brembo kit at Tire Rack - Dan has discussed them at length. Brembo is the premier manufacturer in my opinion.
Hope that helps!

DK,
Yep, the C4S has the entire shabang from the Turbo - the flares, wheels, suspension, and Big Reds. Everything but the tail and the turbo. The C4S in 993 form is one of the best all time Porsches ever built.

DK - Yes, doing a Brembo upgrade is great but the MINI still will not feel like your Porsche. For some reasone, BMW's master cylinder has a weird squishy feel to it, unlike the one on the Porsche. The MINI will certainly stop better with the Brembos, but it won't feel the same as your C4S; just setting your expectations
