This is the front of the cyclinder block of the Mini Cooper S w/o the carrier(lower) unit....Basically what you see when you remove the timechain cover behind your crank pulley
Yea, I was going to say Nitrous...but good point...it very well could be water...but would it be as efficent going into the IC, instead of on top? Unless of course a line is ran through the IC, to a sprayer on top?
-Cody
Either water or nitrous line there....water to air IC?
Right now, in the sig at the time, it was water to air, right now, not sure where were going with it yet. Car been done to an extreme, twice, trying to get it right and do to many things that have happened in the last year and a half.
I didn't expect you guys to try to guess what it was... Just a glimpse of the level of detail that was put into it. BUT.... Been there, done that..too many problems with heat soak..
I've got lots of pics.. What would you like to see.. Be specific (ie. exhaust pipe, pulley.....)
Engine bay as a whole, some of the mods your more pround of, exterior (I'm betting you tinkered with the looks a little too ) I have a thread going showcasing "youification" and one-off mods. I've caught the mod bug and love to see what others do in pursuit of driving perfrection.

Here's a pic of the engine bay over a year ago and prior to "a Mini's life changing event" or phase 2. The car is currently being completed. I have about another couple months to go and should be ready for Import Nights by DEC..fingers crossed!
