We can check into that for you . We do know at this point that to ship anywhere in the US , not Hawaii ,it will be about $ 85. For canada about $ 100. I will post as we get the prices for more destinations .

Will there be a Manifold to suit this (4-2-1 pref as i dont like the 4-1) system as im looking for a system for my new S thats here in July and will be ordering some bits from you and could prob do it in one order but im looking for a FULL system with decat (as i had it on my JCWRacing Tuned Cooper and freaking LOVED IT!)

and is it possable to order it with out the Middle silancer or CAT? as noise limits are not as resturicted in the UK as USA so ill like a 4-2-1 manifold, De-cat (possable no middle silancer)?

Kind Regards

Rob

We have a meeting schedualed with a very well known header Mfg in 5 weeks as we would like to offer a header as well . They have expressed a interest in getting into the Mini market but have no interest in doing the marketing. We have a interest in having a header in our line up but have no interest in manufacturing. Sounds perfect so far LOL . We will let you know what is up as we have more info but it will not be for at least 5 or 6 weeks. As for the other specifics for your system we can talk about that at a later date as well.

Yup, it's just the regular old Aero Kit. Why would you think it's different? It doesn't look different to me at all, besides the cut-outs.

Off topic: How do you guys get sponsored and or get the free parts? How do companies like M7 say "Here, you can have this exhaust to test", etc.? And how many people are actually sponsored? Man, you guys are living the dream world!

Maybe because it's painted a non MINI color, Pearl White.

Sorry to burst the bubble guys but they aren't "Cutout" either, they come with "stickers" that you place on the open spots, and you can actually see the relflection of it in the pic misfit used above, kinda cheap imo:

The factory set up has the stickers, but Don's pearl white MINI is FAR from stock. Do you really think M7 would build a car like Don's and put stickers on for the rear grilles?

Okay, who's Don? What do I have to do to get an aero kit like he has? I just saw that his grills and stuff are wire mesh on the front bumper of his aero kit, and it looks to be shaved or something meaning there is no lower surround:

I have a question for the people who either have this system of have heard this system in person.....
How loud is it inside the car?
Can you still hold a conversation with someone?
Can you still talk on the phone?

Thanks!

The M7 grills use no surrounds: http://www.m7tuning.com/main.m7/store/10012

Partsman is correct we used carbon fiber panels in place of the stock decals that come with the aero kit.

yeah i knew that, but M7's grills do not fit the aero kit. Anyway you shake it this car is custom, the lower grill is custom, bc M7 doesn't make a lower Ultimate Grill for the aero kit either. This car is pretty sweet.

The grill pieces are called " ultimate Grill " and the front splitter is our CF Aero Splitter. Instal for all items is less that 90 min average.

Meanwhile back at the exhaust ranch...

Randy, will this meet CARB requirements?

Also, how does this sound at freeway speeds? Is it too loud for a normal conversation on my cell, while eating a western bacon cheese burger, and steering with my knees?

Hi all,
I am, and will gladly answer any questions about the car. See the Club M7 thread for starters -- that will give you the partial build list --and PM me for other questions. Obviously, I could not build a Mini like this in one month without true dedication by M7 (and a lot of $). The premise was that it had to handle the curves better than my M3. The car lived up to its promises at the Dragon and beyond.
