Cravenspeed shifter

Just wondering if anyone is running this unit? It looks to be the same as Webbs...actually I think its 10 more. Also anyone running that plate thing they have to replace the boot? I think it looks pretty sick.

I'm running Webb's shifter and it is perfect for me. Just the right amount of notchyness.
