I was told that the RS will be $7000 more than MCS

So why should I be excited if it costs so much more?

 

Some people are already paying more than 26,000+ for an MCS.

 

 

There is no RS.

The only references on the Web are allegations, musings, predictions, and the occasional prognostication.

One reference was to a race prepared MC with a BMW M3 motor and RWD. This will NOT be a dealer option.

The closest thing will be the JCW Cooper.

 

Next model year Mini will offer performance package for 7000 over normal s price

you can get an MCS for MSRP or under in Arizona otherwise you have been out in the sun too long paying $26K, laugh!

 

MSRP or not, with all three packages, leather, and GPS you can hit $26 easy. Of course, then you're just driving a $26,000 MINI, and as great a car as it is, I wouldn't pay 26 g's for one.
