install help

I am installing my new a/f gauge and am not sure where the best place to tap it. I think i have found where the o2 wires go to. A 4 wire connector on the driver's side in between the airbox and the head. If that is it what wire should i tap into?

I know that that is at least where the second O2 sensor connection is, not 100% sure if that is where the pre-cat sensor connects though (but I don't know why it wouldn't). Sorry haven't done this yet so I can't offer much more advise than that right now.

i found this that says it's the black wire. but from how he said it, sounds like he used the precat o2?

Well I can check the next time I jack the car up ( which may or may not be tonight) but wouldn't what you need still work as the ECU just checks the differance b/w sensors to make sure the cat works and the pre-cat sensor would be what you were actually burning not what the 2 cats cleaned up?

Glad I could help (don't know if I was more help of nusance on this one, Bithe sensors go into a whtie-white-gray-black four wire setup, the pre-cat is next to the airbox, the post cat has a connector switch underneath the car, where it switches to the above mentioned pattern from red gree and blue bases with vairous stripes. Just in case you find you need to switch anything. got a few pics of the sensors while I was down there if anyone needs them let me know and I'll post 'em.
